Mr Michel Lorain: "I don't call myself a winegrower; I'm not that pretentious, but I am an enthusiast, and having been able to build a vineyard starting from nothing, and produce a quality wine as I always wanted to when I was a chef, makes me very happy. I have to thank my vine grower, Jean-Paul LeDrogo, who pampers these lovely vine stocks from A to Z to get them to the cellars. Where, with the help of my oenologist friend Kyriakos Kynigopoulos who advises the finest winegrowers on the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, we mature our wine and put it into bottles that will delight wine lovers. |
