Technical info:

Variety: Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, Tressot, Malbec.
Exposure: Southeast, 1 hectare, density of 8,000 ft/ha
Vineyard age: Planted 1995, traditional soil work
Geology: Turonian calcareous bedrock and sedimentary clay.
Vinification: Direct pressing after light intracellular cold steeping, which lightly tints the must, then vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.
Maturation: Short after winter, bottled early to maintain the freshness of this wine.

Serving temperature: 10° C
 
Colour: Very light pink tint, dazzling brilliance, salmony shades, with silvery effects.
Nose: Opens to floral touches of rose and delicate fresh fruits, raspberry and peach.
The intensity is expressive…
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is fresh and pure; the attack is broad and balanced with a relative vinosity.  The body is concentrated. The long finish is finely acidulated.
 
To be drunk in summer with a mullet salad with tomato coulis, or with appetizers.
