Vineyard age: Planted 1992
Geology: Turonian type, pure chalk covered with sedimentary clay.
Vinification: In thermoregulated stainless steel vats.
Ageing: This wine gives its full freshness in its first three years.

Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C
 
Colour: Lovely light, brilliant shade with shimmering green reflections
Nose: It "Chardonnays" over a broad aromatic palette recalling white flowers with a delicately mineral structure.
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is pleasant, quite lively, retaining very good length with a very elegant fruitiness and a finish specific to this region of North Burgundy.
Food pairing: Oyster terrine.
Lightly smoked sea bass with herb-marinated salmon caviar.
Petit gris snails with parsley and tomato fondue.
